Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The rug must be unused, clean, and free from noticeable damage, marks, odours, or wear.
- The rug must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was delivered.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the rug has been returned, its condition will be inspected and determined by our team before a refund is approved.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item reaching us and successfully passing inspection.

Free drop-offs at our warehouse are available by appointment. In selected areas, collection by our team may also be arranged for an additional charge depending on distance, rug size, and quantity.

Return shipping arrangements and associated costs will be handled directly with the customer on a case-by-case basis to find the most suitable return option.

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days  
- Express Delivery: Up to 5 business days  

Free delivery is available in selected areas.

We also offer free pickup from selected locations when arranged in advance.

Delivery charges for non-free delivery zones are calculated based on location, rug size, and quantity purchased.

For selected areas, delivery and collection by our own team may also be available.

A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm safe receipt of the product.

All rugs are thoroughly inspected before dispatch and are not sold if any noticeable imperfections or faults are present.
